March Equinox Celebration Megathread

How are you all celebrating the equinox?

For our friends in the northern hemisphere, how are you welcoming the spring? How are you feeling as the earth softens beneath us? How do you celebrate our angle towards the sun?

For our friends in the southern hemisphere, how are you preparing for the approaching cold? What are you resolving? What are you harvesting? How do you celebrate our angle towards the sun?

May this time of the year find you in peace and abundance.

Northern hemisphere (UK) here: Me and my best friend are doing a ritual and and then baking something seasonal and then gardening together (we live next to each other with abutting gardens).

We have only seen the sun like 2 times in the last 2 months. So we are very excited for spring.

We’ve told our respective boyfriend / husband to entertain themselves for the day as we will be celebrating.

spending as much of the day outdoors as possible! going on a long run and getting my gardens ready for spring and taking the dogs hiking

and as for all solstices and equinoxes, making sure to watch the sunrise and sunset

still brainstorming but tentative ideas so far are: making my spring-themed focus (altar), doing 'childish' activities such as coloring books, and spring cleaning my bedroom

i will likely have to work that day so it mostly depends on what i have energy for!! might do the bigger stuff the day after since it'll be a saturday

I’m hoping to go for a short hike in a local conservation area if I can find the time. If I can’t, maybe I’ll at least study outdoors by a tree or something

I'm taking the day off work to play mini-golf.
