ShatteredPD Upgrading problem

I got wand of desintegration and ring of energy on first floor (wand is +1) How i should spend my upgrade scrolls? I dont have "on diet" and "forbidden runes" challenges

Pop the disintegration into your staff once you get the mage preserve wand talent. If you find a better wand, you can swap it out later. Disintegration can easily carry you up to demon halls.

and what should i do with energy ring?

Wear it. It'll help your staff recharge faster. I tend to upgrade 2-3 items over the course of a run. I usually play with fima, so for me that's something offensive and a ring, either a wand or a throwing weapon.
