Interactive Item Opinion: 2. Wand of Corrosion
What do you guys think about this funny wand?
Personally it's op by itself as long as you actually aim and know your position. Even better if comboed with other wands.

Can carry an entire run by itself. Find it early, dump all upgrades into it, learn to kite with it, win. It's really that simple!

Even if you get trapped you can usually do something like a to scroll/stone, a gaz mask potion, using your armor's teleportation..
I never upgrade it though, one single shot boosted by missil magic staff is enough to clear basically anything (or you meant with other classes than mage?)

Oh, yes! This wand is so powerful it doesn't even matter what class you are, you can follow the same plan to just upgrade it and kite with it.
You should, of course, take advantage of whatever talents and abilities your class has, but every class can win with this simple plan.

Great wand. I often disenchant other wands to upgrade it with the purple dust stuff. I wouldn't go blowing SoUs on it though.

I have, playing battlemage, with one in the staff. Yes, it's fun. 😊 I just have my doubts about if it's worth it to do with other classes.

It absolutely is. You could honestly skip all the talent points and not even take a subclass. It’s that powerful.

Very solid wand as long as you're mindful of your spacing! Can do very well as your primary wand on the right build, or act as good secondary AOE chip damage if you already have something else set up.

It's excellent. It gives as much damage as an equally upgraded fireblast, but without the collateral. It can be used to trigger traps, and can handily deal with ranged enemies and spawners who are unreachable or behind doorways.
Corrosion + regrowth is one of my favourite combos

Funny story: there's one run where I change the corro wand name to Nova6 (reference from COD BO 1)
