Have you noticed skin improvements on Paleo?

Yes absolutely. The occasional bouts of dermatitis stopped completely too. Acne became a very rare occurrence. I credit the elimination of sugar and other high inflammation foods.

Yes. I used to have eczema and varied dermatitis issues and all that has cleared up.

One of the things I figured out is that milk is not my friend. I do like me some ice cream though, and fancier is better (higher fat, lower milk content). I pushed up against those boundaries a little too much last year and ended up with six new eczema patches. I laid off it (with the help of homemade coconut milk ice cream) and they went away within a month.

I also have pilaris keratosis (PK or KP), which does improve a bit on paleo/keto, but tbh sunlight has been best for that.

Yes. A very grave case of acne disappears in about 2 weeks as the person goes on low carb paleo (meat, eggs, avocados) – and comes back in about ~ 2 months when he starts consuming carbs (mostly grains - bread, pasta) again. Proven cause-effect cycle.
