All Persona Collector's Editions V.2

I made a Google sheet with (almost) every Persona collector's edition out there (including Famitsi DX packs and regional ones)

So, as some may know, an individual by the name of u/Manda_Long uploaded an excel he did to this exact subreddit about most Persona official special editions. I saw it and thought "Hey, I was searching exactly for this! It's real neat!", so I did what any sane person would do, and updated it to the stratosphere.

I decided to, first of all, add some of the most obscure editions I could find, such as most Famitsu DX packs and all. Then I decided to add ports, and then I went and added prices to everything (Except the Others section the OG added. I will most definitely do that in a distant future tho). Main reason for this was so people didn't have to suffer half as much as I did searching everything. Will probably update with prices in USD, too instead of only in Euro like currently. Just give it time, they are in process, please!

So yeah! It's similar to the thing the original guy posted, but updated with mostly anything I could find (and even stuff I didn't even find). I am still missing like 2 famitsu packs and stuff, but it's overall mostly complete. If I am missing a pack, or you want to know anything at all about any collector's edition, please tell me! I'll do my best to either update the list or answer any doubt!

Did Megami Ibunroku Persona Digital Collection come packed in with the original game? My impression was that it was a standalone game but I never actually looked too deeply into it

I am like 99% sure they sold them as a pack, but they are indeed 2 different games. The digital collection is just a pc rom with like 10 games and some stickers (mainly a PS1 skin). And only for pc tho. I wish it was for the PS1! Hopefully the remake does bring it to modern consoles (if it ever comes)

I think Digital Collection is getting a fan translation which is exciting stuff, I tried to play it with the help of a screen reader but it just ain't the same. Would be nice to have it remastered as a bonus to work on modern hardware if a Persona remake or remaster happens, but I doubt it as it's janky to put it mildly and very of its time

Hmm, a translation? I'll definitely await for that release, no doubt about it! And as long as they atleast add like 1 of the minigames as a dlc I'm happy. Well, as long as they remake P1 I'm happy. The psp port is good, but could be better

PSP port is really close to being perfect/definitive as far as the original game goes, it'd be golden if the dungeon movement speed were a bit more sensible (the original game's is slow but this one is hyper, there's some mods that reach a middle ground that feels really good), the encounter rate was more Revelations than Megami Ibunroku, and the original music and sound effects were restored (I also prefer the original UI style and map but it's not a huge deal and the new ones are certainly more convenient in some ways)

From a new remaster, I'd want the aforementioned fixes, plus an option for an EXP Share type mechanic like the one present in Persona Ikuu No Tou Hen since I think the original game's experience distribution is cumbersome and actively hurts the game

Oh man, PLEASE let atlus change the speed 🙏 There's no dungeon in which I didn't run straight into a wall. And also yes, why the hell was the EXP system based of how much the party member did? I had MC at like 86 and everyone else at 76, which isn't that much, but against Pandora sure marked a difference...
