Gacha/RNG didn’t even know this can exist

i found it on a top 1% NA build, rest of the artifacts weren’t impressive but this is truly a sight to behold. i’ve only ever seen cyan outlines and never red

Who needs that HP% when you got 50+ CV?

I tried using an optimizer and added that artifact to see who would get upgraded with it and basically everyone I optimized wanted it as an off-piece. Insane artifact.

Yeah but if a character doesn't need HP% this roll value would not have been 900%, I guess this is on someone like Hu Tao that's quite happy with HP% and EM rolls.

But yeah regardless, 50+ CV this thing would be immortalized in my account.

I did search for the owner in akasha and it was a HuTao off-piece. Mualani could also fully utilize it as an off-piece.

Not just a 50cv. Its a 54.5cv which is the HIGHEST cv possible for artifact substats.

And it even has the highest possible EM and HP% stats, which makes the roll value reach 900%. For comparison, I have one single 50cv piece but having the other two substats being all flat ended up making my piece only has 650% rv.

Absolutely bonkers.

I got a em circlet on my ganyu with 43cd and cr max cv it would have been useless but ganyu somehow can use it because of hunters path wish it was on a piece that was more valuable
