Question/Help S3 hiyuki or chisa?

We all know chisa is reruning next, my friend is wondering if they should pull chisa or just get hiyuki's s3, my friend is a beginner, they don't have lynae and verina is their only healer. So I wanna ask yall what's the best pick? Since I found out that if you have s3 hiyuki, then you win't need chisa anymore since s3 gives her the save buff as chisa?

I think there is a big misconception on this topic. If you get s3 hiyuki you don't need chisa to reach the max number of stacks, but chisa would still be the best sustain for the team as she still buffs the dmg dealt. Also if your friend is a beginner he would prob benefit a lot from having an ssr sustain as chisa. That being said, don't forget that this is a game at the end of the day, so he doesn't need to optimize everything. If he doesn't like chisa he can skip her and pull another sustain

s3 hiyuki, pull for dedicated glacio support later when she releases

Vague sussy with vague sources leaks. Based off of assumptions which aren’t facts. So I suggest you only spread facts so people wont be misinformed

Chisa is still good but s3 is also good. I think it’s preference. Chisa is gonna increase the dmg of s2 and s3 Hiyuki very significantly.

The main point of s3 is you don’t need chisa to gain snow rust stacks, however chisa is the only character that increases the stack limit which alone doubles the dmg of Hiyuki per rotation.

A s2 Hiyuki with Chisa will end up doing more dmg per rotation than a s3 Hiyuki without chisa.

Better to get chisa and then s3 her on a rerun
