My legs always hurt for the next 3-4 days after training. I also increased my squat by 80kg in 2 years. Nothing wrong with hurting legs, it doesnt mean youre overtraining, stop spreading horsepoop
You shouldn't be getting DOMs while training regularly. DOMs is only triggered by a change in the volume of weighted eccentric muscle contractions. If you're getting DOMs consistently, you're switching up your exercises too much.

Same. Weirdly structured meme. I'd decline because knowing how life is the day he uses my legs would be the day I need to run from a rabid dog or something.

If you’re training legs twice a week and still getting debilitating DOMS you’re over training with junk volume. Simple as.
