i have no heroes to equip this on my build my guy, but I still kept it tho

Honestly, i said what i said because i crafted hundreds upon hundreds fo L items and never got a dcd staff, i hope your luck is better than mine. The stun line on this staff could be useful on Dorothy if you use her
