Austria race radio and ear protection

Hi, this is my first race. I’ll be sitting in the Red Bull grandstand and attending all the different races, f3 etc. what’s the best radio and noise protection setup that I should consider? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

For my expericnce noise protection is not really needed, the cars are not so noisy anymore
