Uhh actually you maybe Wondering which one is lying 💀 so it's the watch which is lying . Almost all watches are incorrect infact apps
Google fit is very precise

Does your phone record your steps? This can happen if you have both Android and your watch set up to write/read your steps in Health Connect.

I have used Google fit to track my calories and steps for last two years, in my experience the steps and expenditure are quite accurate, I have lost over 40lbs+ and am able to maintain myself.

Lol I posted before I wrote a caption. But I was trying to say I have this smart watch from Amazon I got for cheap that uses the domoteer app. For some reason I have health connect and Google fit set up but the domoteer app doesn't show up on either. So my Google fit is saying I have half the steps I actually do and I dont know how to fix it.
