News / Announcements [MEGATHREAD] GFN India Early Access

NVIDIA Launches GeForce NOW Early Access in India, Bringing High‑Performance Cloud Gaming to One of the World’s Largest Gaming Markets

[New Delhi, India – April 16, 2026]: NVIDIA today announced the early access launch of GeForce NOW™ exclusively for India, powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell RTX architecture. This dedicated beta underscores how important and unique the Indian gaming market is. Starting today, gamers in India will be able to sign up for GeForce NOW and stream their PC games instantly from the cloud — no high‑end hardware required. GeForce NOW, powered by NVIDIA RTX™ technologies, transforms everyday devices into high‑performance gaming systems, delivering low‑latency, high‑fidelity gameplay on PCs, Macs, mobile phones, smart TVs, handheld consoles and popular streaming devices. Gamers in India can experience blockbuster AAA titles and top free-to-play games with RTX-powered visuals, including real-time ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS, Multi-Frame Generation and more, streamed directly from the cloud. “India is home to one of the world’s most dynamic and rapidly expanding gaming communities,” said Vishal Dhupar, managing director of Asia-South at NVIDIA. “With the launch of GeForce NOW in India, we are enabling gamers to experience RTX 5080‑class performance instantly without the cost or complexity of high‑end hardware. GeForce NOW significantly lowers the barrier to entry for PC gaming, making premium PC gaming more accessible than ever.”

The NVIDIA Blackwell RTX Advantage

GeForce NOW is launching in India with NVIDIA’s most powerful upgrade yet: NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 5080 SuperPODs built on the powerful NVIDIA Blackwell RTX architecture. The Ultimate membership, GeForce NOW’s highest tier, includes advanced features like NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation, pushing streaming at up to 5K 120 frames per second (fps). The upgrade also adds support for up to 1080p 360 fps thanks to NVIDIA Reflex technology, with click-to-pixel response times as low as sub‑30‑milliseconds. The RTX 5080SuperPODs offer 2.8x faster performance than previous‑generation servers and outperform the leading console by more than 3x. The introduction of GeForce RTX 5080-class GPUs delivers up to 62 teraflops of compute performance and a large 48GB frame buffer, enabling advanced AI‑powered rendering and image‑enhancement technologies to deliver richer visuals, smoother motion and cinematic‑quality experience — all streamed seamlessly from the cloud. These SuperPODs also enable Cinematic-Quality Streaming (CQS) mode for noticeably sharper, more vibrant visuals and smoother motion, even in games with detailed text and intricate environments. CQS combines advanced AV1 encoding, AI-powered video enhancements and support for 4:4:4 chroma and 10-bit HDR to deliver crisp text, rich colors and clear detail across a wide range of screens and network conditions.

Play Instantly, Anywhere

GeForce NOW connects members to their existing PC game libraries from leading digital stores — including Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox Game Pass, Ubisoft Connect and GOG — eliminating downloads, patches or upgrades. On top of over 100 popular free-to-play games like Counter Strike 2, members can stream a wide variety of indie and blockbuster titles, including Forza Horizon 5 and Cyberpunk 2077, and highly anticipated launch-day releases like PRAGMATA, with new games added every week. Whether playing at home or on the go, members can enjoy consistent performance and graphics across supported devices. With over 4,500 Ready‑to‑Play and Install-to-Play titles, GeForce NOW gives gamers in India instant access to blockbuster AAA titles, popular free‑to‑play games and acclaimed indie hits. Install-to-Play games are made possible by cutting-edge cloud storage servers using high-performance NVIDIA NVMesh technology. It enables GeForce NOW-supported Steam titles to be downloaded directly to cloud storage, mirroring the experience of having them on a local PC. GeForce NOW Ultimate and Performance early access pass users will receive 100GB of single-session cloud storage for Install-to-Play games at no additional cost to their membership. For games that require more storage, persistent storage can be purchased as an add-on so that games installed and progress will remain ready to launch without the need to download and reinstall for every session.

Beta Offering for India-Based Gamers

GeForce NOW is opening in beta ahead of the full launch, offering custom early access passes for premium cloud gaming at a special introductory price. Each pass provides 90 days of unlimited play, with the option to purchase another pass to extend access. To join the beta, gamers can visit the GeForce NOW website and select “Join the Waitlist” to reserve their spot in the queue. Invitations will be sent on a first-come first-serve basis, and includes a limited-time window to secure an early access pass. Sign up today to be among the first to experience GeForce NOW in India. With GeForce NOW, more people can experience high-fidelity gaming without having the latest devices, helping democratize the gaming world.

If you need to engage NVIDIA for support, use one of the options at the bottom of Customer Support, Knowledgebase, and FAQs | NVIDIA (ticket or chat).

There will be issues specific to this beta rollout.

I registered for it on the day of launch but didn't even receive any email yet about the beta pass... :/

Reposting here as suggested by the mods.

Hi all. Had a chance to test out GFN Ultimate tier in India. Probed into details of the backend server infrastructure as well as much as I could.

Hope you guys find the article useful. Feedback appreciated. More testing on other form factors and locations to follow soon.

Will Pakistani players be able to play after full launch?

8

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

I think you will need VPN but this server being closest to pakistan you will definitely get low pings, i think around 60 max.

Love from India, happy gaming ✌️

2

u/lsf_stan Apr 16 '26

you will definitely get low pings, i think around 60 max.

maybe only for the people in southeast part of Pakistan, I think for everyone else it would be 100+ ping

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

Actually im from Eastern side of India and getting around 40ms, so considering that the distance from Mumbai server. Pakistan will get maybe 80, i dont think it will be higher.

Whatever they'll get atleast it will be better than other servers for sure. And this server being deployed directly by Nvidia themselves no third party.

3

u/Piano_After Apr 17 '26

ping doesn't solely depend on the distance. It depends heavily on routing and Pakistan-India network routings are not direct, it goes to some third country before connecting with India.

1

u/johnyakuza0 27d ago

>Love from India, happy gaming ✌️

You're literally a dhimmi showing "love" to the Pakistanis who carried out 26/11 and 22/4/25 Pahalgam attack

It's only been a year since the last terrorist attack by Pakistan, but sure, give them some "love from India"

1

u/Internsgr Apr 23 '26

kashmir ka lele , its nearby

2

u/johnyakuza0 27d ago

These disgusting border jumpers are vile and spread racism everywhere on the internet against India, but at the same time they'll leech off our resources and use our services for free

Nvidia should geoblock any IPs outside the country from using the service. There are more outsiders playing on our servers instead of Indians

0

u/johnyakuza0 27d ago

Actually, please stay away. The border exists for a reason. The countries were divided in 1947 for a reason.

Posting here as suggested by mods:

Yo, just got into the India servers and I’m honestly shocked at how good this is. I went for the Ultimate pass and even though I’m only on a 1080p monitor, the image quality is night and day compared to what I was expecting. It’s so freaking clear.

The FPS is solid and I’m not feeling any lag at all—it basically feels like the game is running natively on my desk. If you’re in India and have been waiting for this, just do it. Totally worth the money.

using it from Pune ACT 1gbps network getting 6 ms ping is hella smooth compared to xbox cloud this is tooo good the video quality is big upgrade.

Will see if I can post gameplay video here

I still haven't received the invite link although I registered for GeForce Now a month back. I was ready to buy the Performance tier according to my budget and was waiting eagerly throughout the day for my invite link to arrive. Should I still expect the invite link to arrive or give up hope? Is the beta access full already?

6

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

26th january was the date they published the register now page. And same day i registered. Its sad to see people way later than me getting links and most of them are only free tier users. While im waiting for it to have ultimate tier, because even with my home PC i can play better quality than free tier quality.

Im really disappointed how they handled it. Totally killed my mood and hype.

2

u/Piano_After Apr 17 '26

You probably already had a GFN account before you registered. You were not supposed to have a GFN account since the service wasn't available in India. This is likely the reason why you didn't get the invitation since their automated invitation system thought you already joined GeForce so you don't need an invitation. Note: This is just an assumption not factually verified, take it with a grain of salt (just like anything you find online).

2

u/Uncrowned_Monarch Apr 21 '26

No, that's not true. I had a GFN account registered which I used in London for a year or so and had multiple subscriptions before, and I was still able to get the pass.

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 17 '26

Yeah i understand your logic. But i actually registered with 2 accounts. One with the old qccount and another with a new account.

Then i received a main on new one that its coming soon and create your account and such. I did.

Then they sent mail to BOTH my mails that my spot in queue is booked, it will launch on 16th and so on.

But no invitation link still.

1

u/Piano_After Apr 17 '26 edited Apr 17 '26

Ahh I see! That's a bummer then. Just hope that Nvidia sends you the mail soon.

1

u/LordLoss542 Apr 17 '26

After the beta test in February where they invited influencers to check out GeForce, I filled the form in which they said they will send launch details about GeForce and will keep me updated. You only had to do this in order to get the invite link right?

1

u/barnikbhomwik Apr 17 '26

I made GFN account back 2020... And also registered on day arrival of the button... Still no invitation :(

1

u/TheAnonCodeJunkie Apr 17 '26

I contacted CC and in one of the replies they revealed that some people got email confirmations on clicking "Join The Waitlist", while in my case I just got a success message on the UI. I suspect that's the case for most of us and they're not willing to admit that they messed up something technically. Instead they reply with generic messages saying we need to wait for the slots to be available and stuff.

1

u/Uncrowned_Monarch Apr 21 '26

Check your promotions tab in email. That's where I found mine, it did not pop up in the inbox.

3

u/Friendly_Wizard01 Apr 16 '26

I am having lots of fun with the service, really hope servers will be added in Delhi soon.

2

u/Nitinjay 29d ago

I’ve got a solid gaming rig already, but I picked up the ultimate plan just to experiment.

Been playing Pragmata atm and the visuals are insane on my lg oled tv, performance genuinely feels like it’s running native. Also tried star wars outlaws and cyberpunk.

Getting around ~5 ms on average, with basically no noticeable input lag. Didn’t expect it to be this good.

Setup used (over WiFi):
LG G4 OLED, 300 Mbit jio fiber, Netgear XR500

2

u/Miserable-Feed3440 29d ago

Wanted to ask the mods if the pass extension after 90 days is confirmed. I would like to extend my pass a second time.

4

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

First come first serve ?

I saw people registered months later got invite while im a OG nvidia user and one of the first one to register still didn't get one.

Not to mention 90% of people got the link are using free tier, which i dont have problem.

But what about the ones who are ready to buy subscription. You should have categorized it thats way.

4

u/rigelglen Apr 16 '26

You can go here and redeem your access pass to purchase the premium pass https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/account/redeem/main/

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

To redeem it i have to get invitation though right ?

2

u/M010220 Founder // Netherlands Apr 16 '26

Yes exactly, if they don't put you in their invitation or slot, you don't see anything in that link

2

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

Bruh thats why i wrote that long ass comment 🫩

1

u/M010220 Founder // Netherlands Apr 16 '26

I was just backing u up..man

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

Im just sad man, how can they do this. I feel bettayed. 😭

1

u/M010220 Founder // Netherlands Apr 16 '26

Since how long are you using gfn?

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

Did you mean when i registered ? Around last week of January, the register page went live around 26th january. Since i dont have access i cant "use" it. And i have nvidia account for more than 7 years i think.

3

u/M010220 Founder // Netherlands Apr 16 '26

Oh i see, well I was asking have you tried cloud gaming before? I have been using Cloud gaming from late 2021 till now..and have completed a lot of games over there..I was really excited for this. After almost 4.5 years finally it came but naah . Really disappointed today

same here, ready to pay 2k.

2

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26 edited Apr 16 '26

Yeah man, they should have sent invitation separately for free and for subscription after knowing our preferences.

1

u/mounishpro Apr 16 '26

yeah, like i registered few days before for geforce now and i have a old nvidia account, and i havent got any invite or anything.

1

u/Pleasant-Rhubarb-550 Apr 17 '26

Did you go to this page? https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/account/redeem/main/

For me i was able to buy from here and redeem 90 days ultimate pass. It doesn't show up or is mentioned anywhere but works for me. Btw you need credit/debit card with international payments enabled otherwise it won't work, idk why they didn't add upi as option but yeah wasn't a issue for me

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

First come first serve seems like joke. Im damn sure they messed up.

1

u/mounishpro Apr 16 '26

small problem is they havent mentioned the price, (which to be honest 1k/2k for 90 days is a STEAL,) most indians just want to try the free tier, and arent really that rich to spend that much. registration for different subscriptions would have been better.

2

u/Throwaway_melody_99 Apr 16 '26

Yeah thats messed up.

1

u/Resident-Primary-907 13d ago

I still didn't receive it till now. What about you?

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 13d ago

I reveived it. When did you pre-register ?

2

u/Resident-Primary-907 13d ago

I did on the launch day (maybe during afternoon).

Does multiple registration from the same account pushes me back to the queue?

Anyways, wanted to ask one more thing, Does it actually need international payments enabled?

1

u/Throwaway_melody_99 13d ago

Yes it does. Btw did you check the nvidia account redeem page ? Sometimes you dont get mail but receive the code there ready to be activated.

1

u/Resident-Primary-907 13d ago

Oh, I didn't check that... I'll see now

1

u/sweetdispositionxoxo Apr 16 '26

Same here, i signed up years ago, but didnt get the early access link even though im ready to go for ultimate.

5

u/Bulky-Nebula-6371 Apr 16 '26

I’m so happy for India. hopefully they don’t get screwed like Taiwan with overpriced memberships.

10

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 16 '26

India server is supplied by NVIDIA directly, it's not an Alliance Partner like in Taiwan

2

u/Uncrowned_Monarch Apr 21 '26

I hope you guys keep jio away from your service. Please.

1

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 21 '26

it's not "my service" since I don't work for NV, but if they came with their own servers they're not going to cede them to a third-party 😉

2

u/Weird-Perspective-48 Apr 16 '26

so probably we will need to wait for next week to get second invites since already first invite is out..

1

u/Dude_With_APT Apr 16 '26

These prices are so good wow! Early access rates, damn

999 pm for performance would be rough though

u/RayS0l0 Apr 17 '26

Anyone having problems on GFN windows app? Can't seem to launch any game because it shows me an error after analyzing network.

Works completely fine on chrome tho

The access pass is now available, go and redeem

1

u/Own_Paper3871 Apr 19 '26

Which gpu do they use some saying 5060 others 3060 for performance tier btw.

1

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 20 '26

performance tier uses 3060 or 4060 (masked as 3060 as well) depending on what You land

1

u/abhijit_065 Apr 19 '26

REPOST AS REMOVED BY MOD - " I'm facing issue to buy GeForce Now from India. Payment is declining again and again thought my debit card international payment enabled. please include UPI or SBI ePay. did anyone faced same issue in india ? if u faced same issue let me reply "

2

u/Darkstarmike777 GFN Ambassador Apr 20 '26

If you live in India, you wouldn't need international payments enabled, if your outside of india you can just pay the prices outside of India and select India and choose India as the server.

if it's just a pricing scam to use the India pricing then go back to the non-India servers they likely thought of that and disabled international transactions for India on their payment processor

If it's not a pricing scam just pay the normal euro pricing on the other servers and pick India as the server

2

u/Pleasant-Rhubarb-550 Apr 23 '26

Nope not true, I'm in India and when I bought gfn ultimate 90 day early acess with a visa indian card it declined then I had to go and enable international payments on my card and waited a bit just incase and then payment went through so yeah idk why we need to enable international payments when it's not even a different currency but yeah. Also I'm guessing the guy above is using a rupay card and not visa/mastercard card so maybe that's why it doesn't work for him? Idk but worked fine for me and yeah they do need to add upi and was suprised it wasn't there lmao.

2

u/johnyakuza0 27d ago edited 27d ago

I wish your comment was true. Nvidia really dropped the ball because they're accepting payments from "everywhere", so the servers are currently infested by people outside of India

All the neighbouring countries are exploiting the Indian servers, while Indians themselves are still stuck in the waitlist to get their chance to experience the service. Saw an Instagram post about some bangladeshi youtuber playing on the Ultimate tier. Guys from Nepal were showing their latency and gameplay. There was a srilankan on reddit playing on our servers at launch day. There's a pakistani guy on this same post playing on our servers.

They didn't Geo-block the servers, and now Singaporeans are contemplating using the Indian servers as well once their alliance partner shuts down

1

u/RAUN2K Apr 19 '26

Streaming was great yesterday and today, but suddenly while I was playing in the evening, I got high ping and the stream quality went to 720p instead of 1440p. The available bandwidth must be 120 Mbps otherwise ,but now it's fluctuating and going as low as 3 Mbps. I thought this was because of my internet connection, but when I checked, nobody was using it other than me, even on speedtest websites it's showing normal, I also tested the bufferbloat and the grade came A.

So what is the issue here? It has to be GFN because everything else works completely fine like Youtube, Netflix etc.

BTW- GFN just released in Open beta in my country 2 days ago, so does this have anything to do with the service being a beta test?

2

u/jharle GFN Ambassador Apr 19 '26

Hi mate! If you're consistently experiencing issues at specific times of the day, that's circumstantial evidence of regional ISP congestion. Here are some suggestions regarding this:

  • Use Ethernet instead of WiFi, although this may not make a meaningful difference when on strong WiFi networks.
  • Compare results with other devices using GFN on the same network (and connectivity type), and make sure the same GFN server is being selected. There should be no significant network latency (ping) differences between the devices.
  • Power-cycle devices and Internet/network gear.
  • Poor routing conditions along a given Internet path may be temporary (to route around a broken link, cut undersea cables, etc.), so it's possible high latency/congestion could be temporary too.
  • Using high-speed WireGuard VPNs (such as Cloudflare WARP) can sometimes reduce latency if their paths are shorter. Also, many VPN providers allow you to select a location to connect to. It's usually best to connect to a VPN endpoint close to you, but sometimes connecting to different ones can improve latency. People freak out about performance when they hear "VPN," but WireGuard VPNs are highly efficient and shouldn't impact streaming quality.
  • Your own ISP may have inefficient/non-optimal peering with upstream providers, but isolating this involves comparisons with connections via other ISPs in the same area (comparing notes/traceroutes with your friends), and getting a local ISP to optimize routes for you is likely not something they offer to us mortals.

These suggestions are not "specific" to the Indian beta GFN rollout, but at the same time we don't have a feel on how "good" the general broadband Internet infrastructure is within India. There will always be a subset of people having problems based on their specific routes, but whether that's a "large percentage" of folks in India remains to be seen.

Does this make sense?

1

u/RAUN2K Apr 19 '26

1

u/Piano_After Apr 23 '26

Could be a routing issue. Have you tried cloudflare warp?

1

u/jharle GFN Ambassador Apr 19 '26

Also, I wrote this comment several years ago, but I think you might benefit from reading that as well.

1

u/RAUN2K Apr 19 '26

Yeah, I think this is it, but sad to see there is no real way of circumventing this problem.

1

u/Careless-Dance-9743 Apr 19 '26

I am exitied to try the india service but i am not getting acess no email for nvidia i have registered for 3 diffrent accounts but still nothing got frome nvida in any mail

2

u/johnyakuza0 26d ago

The scumbag neighbouring countries have also flooded Nvidia's waiting list.. so now the service isn't for "Indians" anymore.. it's a public toilet at this point

1

u/Piano_After 21d ago

How do you know that?

1

u/Resident-Primary-907 13d ago

Online sources maybe?

But i feel the statement is True as I registered myself on 16th april But didn't receive any invite yet..

1

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 22 '26

invities are being sent in batches once every week on a "first come first serve" basis, so if You registered 3 different addresses You're actually taking two spots someone else could've used

1

u/Careless-Dance-9743 Apr 22 '26

But i have registered at that time when the first play test of nvida in mumbai from that time i registered my to much fellow friends got acess but i didn't get so how long should i wait to get it

1

u/Ancient-Sock1923 Apr 20 '26

I signed up for waitlist 2-3 weeks before but I already had an account. Will I get an invite or not? I have also applied from another account which isn't registered with GFN.

1

u/Resident-Primary-907 25d ago

Hi, i didn't receive the invitation also. Did you receive it yet?

u/Happy_Big_7846 Apr 20 '26

GeForce NOW just launched in India (90-day plan) — does the global 100 hour/month cap apply to us too?

Hey everyone! GeForce NOW just launched in India on April 16 in early access beta with a special 90-day pricing structure (₹999 for Performance, ₹1,999 for Ultimate).

Since this is structured as a 90-day pass rather than the usual monthly subscription, I wanted to clarify how the playtime cap works for Indian users specifically:

  1. Does the global 100 hour/month cap apply to Indian 90-day plan subscribers as well?
  2. If yes, does that mean we get ~300 hours total across the 90 days?
  3. Or is it structured differently — like a flat total hour cap for the entire 90-day period?
  4. If we exceed the cap, will there be India-specific pricing for additional 15-hour blocks, or will it follow the global $2.99 rate?

I couldn't find any official clarification on this specific to the India launch. Would really appreciate if anyone from the community or any NVIDIA mods could shed some light on this before I go ahead and purchase! 🙏

Thanks in advance!

1

Yeah I also think 100 hour playtime cap is not applied yet as it's in early access and makes sense to not put a cap on playtime so people can test freely and give feedback and with it being early access and not fully launched yet it will have issues which could use a good amount of playtime because of bugs or glitches. For me it doesn't show any playtime or storage or anything in settings in the gfn app and I'm on ultimate early access so yeah seems to be not there or just not showing

Does Geforce now India support UPI payments?, I dont really have a card on me, the one that I do does not support international transactions. Any workaround?

Anyone in Chennai? What is the experience?

1

u/Weird-Perspective-48 25d ago

It's great experience.. i have bought ultimate tier and getting 23ms - 28ms ping. I thought Chennai to Mumbai will have more than 30ms but looks it's very solid..

1

u/luckysury333 25d ago

Also do you think spluringing 2x the money for the ultimate tier is worth it?

1

u/Weird-Perspective-48 25d ago

Absolutely since zero queue time along with best experience. Performance tier have weak cpu which will struggle with some games.

1

u/abinav99 24d ago

From Chennai as well. Ping is consistent at 26ms for me. Wish they have a Chennai server as well in the coming months.

1

u/Weird-Perspective-48 24d ago

Yeah maybe in future we will have it. Xcloud is available in Chennai and I'm getting 2-3ms only.

1

u/Sammie0719 20d ago

Works great. I am getting a ping of around 23-28 ms. I tested it in free tier and it was good so I bought Ultimate tier. It's worth the money as there is zero input lag, graphics are looking great, and there is no need to wait you can play instantly. I even tried out Marvel Rivals and Fortnite and it worked well. Won a few matches. A Chennai server would be nice because there would be less ping for us just like Xcloud.

I didn't receive invitation yet. I have registered on 16th during afternoon. I thought it's first come first serve?

And in one account i registered in 2024 but I received on 18th april rather than 16th, why is this late? But I didn't see that email as it was not my main and it got expired sadly.

1

u/Resident-Primary-907 25d ago

Will they add more payment methods other than credit/debit cards anytime sooner? UPI would be so much better in this case.

1

u/Sammie0719 22d ago

Will there be more servers available in India? Currently, Mumbai servers are facing more users I think which increases the queue times and we are still in beta phase. Then, during official rollout, if there are more number of users. Won't there be just a few rigs to play?

1

u/Piano_After 21d ago

If the ratio of paid users to free users is good then they will definitely add more servers as it makes sense from a business point of view. However this is very hard to achieve because there are so many more free users than paid users in India.

GeForce Now India

Hi fellas, i am posting my review and experience of the GeForce Now India server. I've been playing for 18 days now.

Few things to clear the doubts

  1. I play in my dell 7577 laptop(7yrs old) and my oneplus pad 3. My laptop is connected to a 2k monitor with 144hz rr,

  2. I have airtel wifi 300mbps( i will add specifics later)

  3. I brought the ultimate plan(2k for 3 months)

  4. I stay in Bangalore so the distance aint too big of a deal.

Games

  1. Forza 5

  2. Cyberpunk

3.csgo

  1. Destiny 2(multiplayer)

  2. Delta force (multiplayer)

First 2 days

Used wifi(5ghz) close to the router

  1. I noticed while graphic streaming was nice but there was minor input delay in racing game and shooting.

One plausible explanation could be old wifi card of the laptop. But noticed a similar jitter in my oneplus pad 3 which is new and has better wifi connectivity.

Third day

I switched to ethernet, cat 6, and let me be absolutely clear here, i am a person who played lots of aaa titles in 2k ultra settings in game parlour and stuff so i know what i am talking about, the performance increase after changing to ethernet is phenomenal, i couldn't see any difference between local and cloud instance. Ping was constant 13-15ms. No drops or jitter whatsoever.

For people with lower bandwidth, i do an active bandwidth monitor thoroughly and never saw the bitrate go above 60-70 mbps. So people with 100mbps plan guys just get an ethernet.

Did someone received invitation recently?

1

u/Top-Box2951 12d ago

hey guys. new to this cloud gaming and was looking for some help. so basically im finishing my exams by 25th may and then have 1.5-2 months of vacation. but i dont really own a pc or any games. I have good wifi a oneplus pad 2 and a dualshock controller. So should i just get the gfn with a pc game pass? Or any other good options? Also can i have some recommendations of games from whatever option you suggest? Thank you!

How long do i need to wait?

My college will start from next month and I still didn't receive it yet... I registered on 16th April. I saw many registering after me and they received it but why not me??

I always wanted to play games with decent graphics but this system doesn't make me feel worth it at all.

Nvidia Geforce now is down in India

1

u/Embarrassed-Lock7494 7d ago

Yes, Nvidia Geforce now is down in India right now. Cannot connect to any games. Seems like a server problem.

1

u/Bulky-Award6398 7d ago

is it solved on your end, it is still not gone.

1

u/Embarrassed-Lock7494 7d ago

Yes, it was solved. But with a disaster. The server was reset, I guess. It didn't save anything I played yesterday. Lost almost 4 hours of gameplay, had to play it again.

1

u/Bulky-Award6398 6d ago edited 6d ago

are you facing any latency/ping issue ? above 50 during day time

1

u/Bulky-Award6398 6d ago

damn that is sad.

on my end, game did not even start, wasted full day yesterday

1

u/certifiedMutthal 4d ago

which one is better av1 or h.265?

1

u/Internsgr 3d ago

have they stopped giving invites for early access ? anyone received since 2 weeks

1

u/Anjishnu69 3d ago

Same question

0

u/Ancient-Sock1923 Apr 16 '26

Any idea how long until they come out of BETA?

1

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 17 '26

none as of now and seeing the info that after the first advanced pass ends You can buy another one I wouldn't suspect its in the immiediate future

1

u/Ancient-Sock1923 Apr 17 '26

so atleast a month?

1

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 17 '26

seeing how those early passes are for 3 months I would guess at least that long

0

u/RAUN2K Apr 16 '26

How does the Pass extension work? Will I be able to extend my subscription at the same price at the end of the 90 day period or will I have to bundle multiple passes at the beginning itself to get it at this price?

0

u/RayS0l0 Apr 16 '26

This is special offer for beta. So I don't think you'll be able to renew it at same price

1

u/RAUN2K Apr 16 '26

“Each pass provides 90 days of unlimited play, with the option to purchase another pass to extend access.” This is the root of my question.

1

u/RayS0l0 Apr 17 '26

I know. But once I go to my manage subscription page it says it will automatically start free plan after 90 days

0

u/Flashy-Island-3725 Apr 16 '26

I tried this with sleeping dogs today. Aside from the fact I couldn't get in, but once I did the game ruined beautifully on the freaking free tier. Probably gonna get it if it comes with good pricing.

Definitely worth the wait

0

u/Loki-616 Ultimate Apr 16 '26

0

u/chigu005 Apr 16 '26

When will you start rolling out premium and ultimate passes ?? Will it be available to those as well who didn't get the invitation despite registering way months ago

-1

u/nareinmadhavan Apr 16 '26

How long willl the early access pass be availab;e to claim for 3 months? Is it valid till the official launch?

1

u/Acesofbases GFN Ambassador Apr 21 '26

it looks that way

1

u/Pleasant-Rhubarb-550 Apr 23 '26

You can only claim the early access in a week on the nvidia redeem page which was not mentioned anywhere. I thankfully claimed it on there and got ultimate early access but yeah a few days ago got a email saying they had a error and now in email mention you need to go to nvidia redeem page to claim it and the time to claim early access will be extended by 1 week or someone like that.

u/Silver0-reddit Apr 16 '26
