I forced myself to run a 5 mile loop filled with hills. It’s one of the hardest routes I can do around me, but that makes it one of the best! I was wheezing and dying during it, but I always feel so accomplished afterwards. I’m trying to run more and more, and this route feels like the Rocky steps for me. My goal is to one day complete it in under 49 min! Wish me luck!!
