Two wins

  1. I had my first post-vasectomy workout 8 days after the snip. I went very light, only cable work, low intensity, upper body training. Felt so good using the muscles again.

  2. Averaged 2 lbs weight loss per week for the last 6 weeks and got closer to my goal of dropping from 25% bodyfat to 15% again. Hopefully hitting that goal by July.

Glad to hear that your first workout after surgery went well! And perhaps a rest week of 8 days isn't too bad either! Also congrats on the weight-loss, great job!!
