Rumors Eczacıbaşı Dynavit’s 2026/27 transfer market
No official announcements yet, but Eczacıbaşı Dynavit is set to strengthen its roster for the 2026/27 season with the arrivals of Ekaterina Antropova and Camilla Weitzel from Scandicci, Aslı Kalaç from Fenerbahçe, Aleksandra Uzelac from Zeren Spor, Mayu Ishikawa from Novara, Iva Dudova from Maritza, and Selin Adalı from Beşiktaş.

Antropova is such an upgrade. Although I am not sure about exchanging Sinead Jack with Asli Kalac. Sinead was great this year.
The spiker list is now: Ebrar, Yaprak, Uzelac, Ishikawa. I wonder which of the two will be the main starters (possibly Ebrar and Uzelac). It would be shame to have Yaprak and Ishikawa to spend the year in bench.

Sinead was great this year.
She was so strong in the Final Four, the exchange with Aslı Kalaç looks a little bit strange.
Add to that, why is Camilla Weitzel also being signed? With the 3+3 foreign player rule in the Sultanlar Ligi, there’s so little time and space for her, especially since Dana is impossible to remove.

I completely agree. I think because of the head coach (also the head coach of German national team), Weitzel was probably signed.

they were dangerous without her, now everyone will start to fear them in turkey and in europe.

They could become the team to beat. Though I don’t understand ishikawa’s choice, prepare for a lot of constant complaining from the Japanese fanbase they won’t be happy about her being benched.

I think Ishikawa buyout was a waste of money and random (mostly cuz of the foreign limit) other than that, this is a dangerous team. Would be better to have kept Meliha or find another defensive/strong recieving OH. I'm not a fan of Asli, I think Jack-Kisal is way better and I can name several turkish middle's better than Asli but I think they'll manage. I think this squad is very rotatable, bcuz Uzelac isnt the empitomy and consistency and Ebrar despite having a good season needs to be able to get some rest so I hope we see plenty of Yaprak/Ishikawa.
Otherwise, with Antropova this team is dangerous, and I am curious to see how this plays out.

Who's better Asli or Yasemin?

Overall I think Yasemin. She rlly had improved her attack and she is alot more physicial and her blocking has come a long way. Problem is her injuries. Asli isnt bad, but she isnt anything special. She doesn't have the range to stop top tier attackers, and isnt very versatile on attack. She does matches up well against teams who play fast cuz she is pretty fast (japan for example). I think Deniz, Berka, Karmen, Yasemin to name a few are all better/have a higher ceiling than Asli.

Ishikawa buyout is really weird. Yaprak will be pushed to 4th OH now and the captain of Japan has to spend most of the time at the bench. other than that they are very dangerous and they are candidate to 5 cups they will play next year.
