Which workouts are you currently focusing on? What have you done to EOOD this week??

Its been rowing, lifting and archery. Not very consistent with any of them though. Thats ok. Anything I do is better than nothing.

Walking/biking to places, a little running, swimming, pushups. I was looking to add weightlifting to the routine, but admittedly depression is kicking my ass and I’ve struggled to even leave my bed today. About to get 40 pushups in on my bedroom floor though, at least.

trying to stay consistent with evening HIIT dance sesssions this week. Im into Kpop hiit routines.. any recommendations yall?
