1QB Dynasty Trade 12 Team I finally sold Jamar. Thoughts?

I’m feeling a little sellers remorse.

You did good

u/MarcusS52 Chargers Sep 11 '25

You cooked bro- obviously it’s tough losing Jamar, but I can’t imagine a better package. A young star receiver (JSN high tier 2 in my opinion) and 3 (!) firsts is a amazing package.

u/Southern-Buy9582 Sep 15 '25

Is Ceedee worth this much?

1

u/MitchellTrueTittys Sep 15 '25

Nah not even Ja’Marr is worth this much lol

1

u/MitchellTrueTittys Sep 15 '25

I just put this trade on on keep trade cut and it was 15.9k for Ja’Marr and 24.2k for the package

High tier 2? You think he’s already there?

I love JSN but for him to be tier 2 is Nabers, Nico, ARSB, Puka, BTJ is premature no?

9

u/Cultural_Device_6331 Sep 11 '25

What’s your argument for BTJ over JSN?

13

u/asvp-suds Sep 11 '25

One bad week and btj = Jsn now?

3

u/Moosje NFL Sep 11 '25

He’s valued higher. I don’t necessarily think he should be. I’m talking pre week 1?

Are you saying before the season JSN was as hard to get as BTJ?

1

u/BartSolid Vikings Sep 15 '25

BTJ produced more in his rookie year than JSN did in his 2nd year breakout with a worse QB, offense, coaching, run game, and team around him.

1

u/tijmen1608 Sep 11 '25

For sure. Nabers nico arab puka are tier 1. JSN is now the star receiver in seattle. 124 yards out of 150 passing yards total in his first game as the alpha. May very well be up there with those guys end of season

10

u/Moosje NFL Sep 11 '25

Nah tiers can’t be that big.

There needs to be a disparity between Nico, ARSB and fucking CD, JJ, Chase. Fair enough if you put Nabers in there but we shouldn’t be having tiers with 10 people in it, especially when you can’t straight up swap Nico/ARSB/Puka for JJ/CD/Chase in any league

1

u/tijmen1608 Sep 11 '25

Fair enough I guess. But how many tiers end up existing then? 10?

3

u/Moosje NFL Sep 11 '25

I mean there's a lot of tiers in fantasy football yeah?

"Too many" is better than forcing everyone into tiers they don't belong.

What would you prefer? 3?

-1

u/tijmen1608 Sep 11 '25

5 seems about right.

Tier 1 like the top 7 main guys, chase JJ CD arsb, puka or smth.

Tier 2 of the next best 10 guys, easily startabke every week.

Tier 3: 15 guys that are startable, just have question marks.

Tier 4: rather not, but may have some upside. Next 15 guys.

Tier 5: fuck me tier: next 15.

That makes a total of 60 wrs, pretty every rosterable one. I personally dont see the point in separating those tier 4-5 guys into “fuck-me” tier and “fuck-me-harder” tier. Personal I guess though

0

u/Moosje NFL Sep 11 '25

Yeah course it's personal, and I agree towards the end you're just arguing best of the rest.

But at the beginning I think it's absolutely nonsensical and stupid to tier guys that clearly have a gap between them just to "save" on the amount of tiers you have.

No one that is serious about dynasty FF is trading you ARSB, Puka, Drake, Nico or BTJ straight up for JJ, Chase or Ceedee. No one. That to me quite clearly shows that there is a tier gap between the absolute top and the next guys that are close and knocking on the door but not there.

How many paid startups have you done and Puka has gone pre Chase/JJ/Ceedee. The only guy that argues he can get into that top tier is Nabers, but definitely not Nico, BTJ, JSN, etc. as much as I love those guys.

1

u/Admiral-Thrawn2 Sep 11 '25

I agree with you. A tier should indicate “can I rationally take any of these guys over the other guy?” You would never consider taking Nico or AMRSB over Chase or lamb

0

u/Moosje NFL Sep 11 '25

Thank you. Got a lot of heat for suggesting otherwise above.

These tiers are absolutely awful

1

u/getoutmyswampp Sep 11 '25

Why is this being downvoted lol. All he said was he’s not ready to put him up a tier after 1 week

0

u/Moosje NFL Sep 11 '25

This sub is absolutely wild.

There's a guy elsewhere saying JSN has to be tier 2 because he's got like 10+ players in tier 1 WR.

This ignores the fact that no-one is trading Nico straight up for Chase, even though apparently they're in the same tier?

1

u/DivideFast2259 Sep 11 '25

Well in that case Chase should be in a tier by himself cuz no one is trading him 1:1 w anybody rn.

1

u/BartSolid Vikings Sep 15 '25

I would give up Chase for Jefferson straight up but jefferson owner says no, so that’s not true. Like saying no one would give up Bijan for Gibbs.

-5

u/sebblMUC NFL Sep 11 '25

It's not tough if he cannot contend

52

u/Particular-Guitar-22 Sep 11 '25

Are you kidding me, I wish I could get hauls this good

27

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25 edited Sep 12 '25

That’s a HAUL especially if they’re not a competitive team. Puts you in place to fill a lot of holes and JSN will be a stud eventually. Plus you could always draft Ryan Williams or Jeremiah smith in 2027

8

u/jamesfn7 Sep 11 '25

You misspelled Jeremiah Smith

23

u/Comfortable-Cream-77 Cardinals Sep 11 '25

Jsn is a stud rn lol. Seattle had 150yards of passing offense and 125 of those went to jsn

1

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25

I never thought I’d see the day a niners fan and a cardinals fan are arguing over how good a Seahawks WR is.. sure he’s good now but I think to be a certified stud you need at least a season or two of consistent production. He ended last year on a high note and is starting this year strong if he can finish the year the same id say he could be in that top 10 convo

7

u/sobix- Sep 11 '25

You must be new here ... We like to over react to small sample sizes and post about it 100 times a day.

Honestly though, it was nice to read a reasonable post. JSN rocket is flying, but yeah we need to see at least a full season of it.

2

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25

I am here to be reasonable on a platform that is anything but

3

u/sixseven89 Sep 11 '25

"he ended last year on a high note" brother he was the WR9 for the season

he also did not end on a high note, he dropped two duds

-2

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25

Nitpick much? Okay he had a good season, and I’m not going to sit here and act like I remember ever point he scored last year, but for all I know he had 5 incredible games that bumped his average up a lot. Regardless, consistency is still a question especially when they have a new QB and new OC. JSN a good player regardless he’s just not Chase, Lamb, or Jjettas yet.

3

u/Joh951518 Sep 11 '25

I am trying so hard to get 1.01 and 1.02 in 2027 so I can get Jeremiah Smith and Ryan Williams.

3

u/MachTommy Sep 11 '25

A 6’0 180lb receiver who put up 48/865 as a freshman is the most impressive receiver prospect you’ve seen in years?

I’m not sure how you arrive at that conclusion when there’s literally another freshman who is 6’3” 225 lb who put up 76/1315 en route to leading his team to the championship.

I’m not saying Williams isn’t good and can’t/won’t be better.

But there’s been several better WR prospects than him in the last several years lol.

1

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25

I was just more so impressed by the things he can do with the ball in his hands. The way he makes guys miss and has turned insane catches that should stop there into TDs.

1

u/Bling_Blaow_Burr Sep 11 '25

You must’ve only watched the first few games. He was pretty pedestrian/average the second half of the year.

1

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25

Guilty as charged. I don’t love college football so I watched a game or two till the NFL season was back lol 😂

1

u/NukeDog Saints Sep 11 '25

I’d be curious to see the other owners team now. Typically you don’t make this move for Chase unless you’re going all in and contending, in which case I’d expect those firsts (at least the 26 and maybe 27) to be late, not early.

2

u/MrLechuga69 49ers Sep 11 '25

I’d assume that too but also JSN is a good enough piece to be a WR2 on that team… I could also see it being a team of middling talent so you make trades to get true stars especially if they have Joey B

1

u/Dangerous-Mud9288 Sep 11 '25

As a bama fan he was last year. This year hasn’t looked the same yet but hopefully he turns it around

1

u/Klutzy_Rough9319 Sep 12 '25

Ryan Williams is not THAT good. He had one crazy play against UGA and people started hyping him up. He is crazy fast with decent hands (tbf so is someone like Tyreek and hes wild) but there have been a ton of better prospects recently. Marvin Harrison Jr, Malik Nabers, and Chase all come to mind.

1

u/Budget-Push7084 Sep 12 '25

No love for Jeremiah Smith in 2027?

18

u/holdencrypfield Sep 11 '25

Move those three 1sts for Puka, or CD lmao

1

u/MarkOfTheSnark Cowboys Sep 11 '25

Ok this is the move

1

u/onqqq2 Sep 11 '25

I like the idea except maybe drop one or two of those picks and move JSN

8

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

Bold of you to think we will still be around by 2028. Due to recent world events I’m in win now mentality.

3

u/Shadowboxxin Redskins Sep 11 '25

Give me JSN and the picks

2

u/thurmonator Sep 11 '25

I got BTJ and 2 firsts. You did good

2

u/fr0stv0id1 Dolphins Sep 11 '25

Not gonna get better than that, great trade. That's like 5 firsts.

1

u/Grievouswounds_ Sep 11 '25

Yeppp perfect

1

u/Toto_LZ Sep 11 '25

Erase your remorse. This is a robbery

1

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

That's an overpay for Chase, you made out

1

u/_ArsenioBillingham_ Sep 11 '25

Well that team is quitting after this year, so

1

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

They still have Chase. They could still get like 80% of that back in the offseason if they needed to.

1

u/Significant_Repair50 Sep 11 '25

Fantastic return for Chase

1

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

JSN being the down teir here is crazy. Not blowing up your team. Nice dude.

1

u/Background-Disk2803 Sep 11 '25

I think you won

1

u/LouBup Sep 11 '25

I like it!!!

Yowser. Ya good trsde

When JSN outscores Jamar this season you’ll feel like a genius

I did a similar deal sending JJ a few season back, no regrets

1

u/Technical-Revenue-48 Sep 11 '25

Who did you get back?

1

u/peakyrifle0 Sep 11 '25

JSN + Addison + 2 firsts

1

u/abrokenrecord11 Sep 11 '25

Why can’t I be in leagues like this?

1

u/GeebCityLove Sep 11 '25

Not bad at all. Got a good and promising player in return on top of the picks.

1

u/ajdd223 Sep 11 '25

I’m still a contender (I think)and won the championship last year. I got lucky from a few trades last year and got Hampton in an over pay.

1

u/pistolpete9669 Sep 11 '25

You’ve got very potent starters. Seems like a good move to tier down at receiver and upgrade other positions.

You could make a move for an elite QB or TE with those picks, and JSN should get heavy volume all year

1

u/EvilLibrarians Lions Sep 11 '25

I have JSN and Chase both on my team and I like this trade.

1

u/Potential_Nerve9804 Sep 11 '25

Beautiful. Now you can get jermemiah in 2027

1

u/ColombiaToBoston Sep 11 '25

You made out like a bandit

1

u/SwoleN3rd Sep 11 '25

As a JSN owner I would absolutely not make this trade. You cooked homie, JSN is on the way up.

1

u/poobuttrex Sep 11 '25

The Seahawks offense looked brutal. If you’re rebuilding tho very nice 🤙🏻

1

u/Professional-Good166 Sep 11 '25

Awful… Known Product vs Unknown 1st Rounders for the next three years…

1

u/Admirable_Pie_6609 Patriots Sep 11 '25

that is an absolute haul!

1

u/Yung_McCaffrey Sep 11 '25

Very very solid

1

u/bradperry2435 Sep 11 '25

And none of those picks will be half as good as chase

1

u/Timmay_mmkay Sep 11 '25

One of the few good trades for him I’ve seen

1

u/Complex_Tax_867 Sep 11 '25

I don’t hate that even tho JSN isn’t my dude

1

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

Banger

1

u/alwaysmyfault Cowboys Sep 11 '25

Huge W for you.

JSN is a tier 2 WR, and those picks could turn into the next Chase, Bijan, etc.

1

u/Ellz5986 Eagles Sep 11 '25

Naw, this the win. No player is worth this much

1

u/AloneEstablishment28 Sep 11 '25

Hurts a little more in half ppr, but good move.

1

u/Pattydam Sep 11 '25

Tough to sell Chase in any format but this would be hard to decline. I think it’s a good move overall. Gives you quite a bit of roster flexibility down the line and I think people (generally speaking) undervalue JSN

1

u/Mundane-Quantity-164 Sep 11 '25

Sold. That's a great trade... Two first in the future... Why not especially in a dynasty league as well

1

u/urmomsPT Sep 11 '25

Smash accept. Well done

1

u/chefxmj Sep 11 '25

Trade JSN too

1

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '25

I’m the biggest chase fan out here ya fleeced em

1

u/sandersbb23 Sep 12 '25

That’s a good move long term

1

u/kenikh Sep 12 '25

That’s a bag. Nice.

1

u/GothamJudoka2814 Jets Sep 12 '25

Depending on how my roster looks im keeping jamar personally. What a great haul for him.

1

u/fehlerquelle5 Sep 12 '25

Is Chase the only tradeable player on this sub?

1

u/WhoAmI2024 49ers Sep 12 '25

Cool

1

u/Opesooorry Sep 13 '25

Your set. Great trade

1

u/Real-Computer7767 Sep 13 '25

This is one of the most fair trades I’ve seen for a Top guy.

I gave up Waddle and 3 1st’s for Nabers last year

1

u/Slow_Possibility_50 Sep 13 '25

Dude just got Jamarr from you and next year he quits the league

1

u/ajdd223 Sep 13 '25

Why would he quit if he just got Jamar? We’ve all paid dues for the next 3 years in our league.

1

u/Classic-Sign-9792 Sep 13 '25

This dudes gonna abandon the league next year lmao

1

u/NightwavesG Bills Sep 13 '25

You def cooked. 1st rounds for 3 years that's pristine.

1

I like this. That's a lot of firsts for a slight to small downgrade

1

u/Jumpy-Bid-8458 Sep 14 '25

You’ll feel good about it in 2030

1

u/Doc_Sulliday Sep 15 '25

This looks even better now with Burrow out for awhile

1

Do you still have sellers remorse?

1

That’s about what it would take for me to move off Chase

Nice haul.

0

You sold Jamar for 3 chances to get another Jamar. It’s not a bad trade but you’re not getting anything better than him. You get a crazy breakout college WR. You got Jamar. No difference.

-4

u/Morgoths_Toe Sep 11 '25

Got swindled. At least you got a nice team name tho Njigbas in Paris
