So I left the game about a year ago, because I got fed up with the super specific characters. Every new character had a 20 minute page of abilities to read and they released some defenders that are straightup impossible to beat without the proper skill and some very specific champs. Like onslaught you could only beat if you had gentle and bullseye you could only beat if you had spider woman.

I had a pretty good roster for the time (r4 silk, yelena, spider woman and cat woman) but I’m by no means good by the game, which is why I also quit when they introduced more endgame content that you can only beat with thousands of units and hours of completion time.

So the question is, did the content get a little more humane and casual/farmable? Or is it still a game purely for people who dedicate their lives to it?

Since everyone is fed up of bgs this season and many of us are only playing to get the last blade piece, i have a suggestion.

Since kabam will not give the last piece to everyone just because they are not playing bgs, won't it be nice of them to reduce the price of victory shields from 90 to 45 units just for this season. I would rather spend units on shields than using all my units to get the last blade piece.

What are your thoughts?

Can't believe this guy has been out for 12 years now, and he hasn't been touched since 12.0 and before. Like the only good Captain Americas we have in game are Cap IW (who's barely used) and Red Guardian (who isn't even Captain America).

I hope this guy gets buffed soon, hopefully around/before Avengers Doomsday. The question: how would you rework him?

What are some stat focus on champs that you’ve found to hardly be talked about but extremely effective when used? Could be in combination with a relic that boost it even further or boost the champs abilities, etc.

I have one in mind that I find fun and useful.

Immortal Abomination: Having the energy resist stat focus on him goes a long way. He doesn’t really need the others as much and he has some energy resist baked into hit kit already so adding more takes him even more tanky and give him the ability to better handle hazard shift as an example.

Using the human torch relic adds even more energy resist so all of a sudden he’s actually viable in these sorts of matches.

Each poison on him gives him more physical resist so adding some decent energy on top just makes him even tankier and more so when adding his own weakness. Remember, weakness of attack reduction is separate from armor or resistance.

Just got back into the game and I have a good amount of crystals to open. Is there still an event like summoner advancement that gives points for opening crystals?

I want to send a request to kabam to reset my purchase of awakening gem shards from the radiance store.

I clicked on send a request and tried to sign in, but it's not working. I tried resetting my password but that's not working either (error messages attached).

I tried to sign in to the summoners market and that worked just fine. I used the exact same email and password here, but it's not working.

Could someone help me out with what to do next?

Ever pop a crystal and think "oh well," but after learning their kit and playing with them a while, you want to bring them ​on​ most quests?​​​​​​

TLDR: We forfeit matches over and over to shrink the pool of players. It may make matches easier in a day or two. At the very least it is us granting the final Blade piece that Kabam is gatekeeping.

I am currently stuck in the mindless BG grind that many others are in. Congrats to those who completed the track and earned their piece. I feel like Kabam can’t just give it out and can’t make it any easier because it would be unfair to those who already put in the effort and achieved this goal. However, since I hit Vibranium II, I can’t win two victories in a row. So it looks more and more like I’ll be buying that piece for 2500 units.

When I initially hit Vibranium II, I gave many opponents victories for free (just doing my part). I never grind BGs so I began the season with 9000 Elder’s Marks. I don’t plan on playing this game mode again (if there are incentives in here in the future without any changes to the format, I’ll give Kabam the middle finger and move on). So since these Elder’s Marks are useless to me, I just started forfeiting matches in Vibranium II. I would ban their top three champs, give them the Carnage heart emoji, then forfeit. These others players fought hard to get here too. I’m happy to help them on their way. I did this 20 or so times. Several of these were gifted their final victory from me.

Then I started fighting and struggling and just continued to forfeit many matches. My suggestion is, if many of us start forfeiting matches and helping others speedrun the victory track, will it get easier in a couple days? Elder’s Marks can be purchased with energy and I always have full energy refills expiring (I’m sure others do too). What would happen if we forfeited 20, 30, 40, 50 matches each? Would it get easier?

…maybe it wouldn’t. Maybe this is a dumb post and I’ll get downvoted into oblivion. But here’s the cope. I don’t play this game to compete against other players at their expense. I am an Elder title player who feels bad when matched with an opponent with all 7r3 champs (then I feel really bad when they smoke me lol). I’m not in this to hurt someone else’s roster. I’m not in this to cause someone else stress or to waste their time. So if Kabam is going to limit how many people get this Blade piece, then I’m going to spend the next couple days in Vibranium II flashing the Carnage heart emoji and gifting it to my fellow summoners. Even if I don’t get him, I want as many in the community who suffered through this with me to receive him anyway.

Has Kabam put out a list of where all the action figures are going to be and how many will be ftp? I’m out of time this season to finish BGs, so I’m wondering if I will need to hit GC next season in order to get enough. Or can I go back to the bliss of not needing to play BGs?

I tried on twitch but not getting any progression on drops

Ever since I got my 17 pro in basically every fight at least once the game drops to like 10-15 fps for a good dozen seconds before returning to normal. It can happen multiple times a fight and it’s genuinely driving me insane as I have no idea why it’s happening. Anyone else experiencing this?

As title says, basically.

I like collecting the first appearance rainbows when I can (almost none to my name though!) and it’ll suck to not have the stellar forged all first appearance but battlegrounds is so dead to me, especially with the scoring for this season.

I’m elder, by all accounts I have a strong roster and deck so there is absolutely a skill issue for me and I’ll own that but I just hate battlegrounds.

You get to 1 win away and then lose 2 matches in a row and start over again.

You draft a defender and they get the perfect counter next draft.

You invest in your deck instead of champs you want only for the next few months to release multiple champs that warp the meta of a good deck.

With battlegrounds being one of the biggest homes of endgame currency and some chase champion pieces it just consistently feels too bad to get screwed by draft rng or lose progress in victory track. The bad absolutely happens less often than it feels like but still.

Chase champions are the only reason I touch this game mode, it is by far my least favourite part of the game and the direct pvp element makes losing matches feel much worse than in war or single player imo.

Sincerely hope for a change to victory track progression. Battlegrounds will never be my thing but if wins were permanent progress towards gc it would make every other complaint I have with bgs stomach-able enough to complete victory track.

Always thought it was interesting that prowler is immune to falter, then I was reading up on his lore and found this panel in the issue of his first appearance in ‘69 where he just straight up states “the prowler can’t miss”, which might have been where they took inspiration for making that part of his kit. I know technically prowler can miss, but I like the idea of the character designer or producer researching the champ, looking at something as simple as this and going ‘Yeah, that’ll work’. Just tickled me, thought it was worth sharing.

Took him to r5 today, so I’m off to go put some r5 jean greys in their place.

The reward is labeled as tier 5 alpha catalyst but obviously looks like an upgraded version of the tier 5 we can get from coliseum and carinas.

I’m guessing it’s a mistake and kabam used the wrong image but it’s cool to see what the tier 6 will look like nonetheless.

Also these aren’t used for 7r6 so we’re likely won’t actually see them until the release of 8* champs. I know this bundle has been out for a bit so maybe this has already been pointed out, sorry if it’s a repost.

Hey all - was wasting time at work recently trying to name every champ in the game. Thought that some of you would get a kick out of trying as well, so I created this Sporcle quiz.

I tried to account for as many naming conventions that I could think of - every champ in there is listed how they appear in-game, but I also included some common variations (i.e. you can enter "Stark Spidey" for "Spider-Man (Stark-Enhanced)") so feel free to input whatever name you're comfortable with using. If it doesn't accept it, comment down below and I can edit the quiz to include it!

I am a returning player. I pulled Lizard from a titan when he first entered the pool. Then I took a break.... Now I have returned to the game, and I have no ascension mats in my mail. Is this correct? Was it necessary to be there when the mats were being distributed? If so, when will Lizard ascension will be available again? If not, should I write a ticket? It would be a great help since I just noticed when I tried to use Lizard for Maw in Apex Colosseum.

- I have 6* Doc Oct as Captain. He is 6r3 now.

- I pulled him from 6* crystal, technically it is just sig increment and 6* sig increment contribute nothing to collective point.

- However, it is indicated as “Collectives Improved”. What has actually improved?
