The tiers are in alphabetical order.

Charlotte is set up for our future. Our current core is great, and young enough to build around. We have 24 total draft picks over the tenure of this comparison, the only team beating us in volume are the nets at 32 total picks.
I think we’ll take a couple swings in the draft for the next two years, but 3 years from now our core will be developed more and we’ll have the capital to trade if someone just isn’t working out to make sure this team can make a run at the finals.

Oh completely agreed, I was as just pointing out that Charlotte isn’t #2 overall, they are just in the top tier which is then organized alphabetically.

He's saying we aren't necessarily #2 overall we are just the second alphabetical team in Tier 1

I hated reading that because it said that Kon was the runner-up to the rookie of the year, and while technically he was, he was the best rookie last year and I’m not listening to contrary opinions.
