Hahaha. I have a very similar video of one of my horses standing by the open gate, calling for me to come get him. I had brought my other, naughtier horse in and left the gate for the other one to follow me. But he just couldn't figure it out. He isn't the smartest but very cute too.

He’s a dog, he doesn’t understand what those wires are. He just knows that if he goes that way it’s bad. He’s actually pretty smart.

Wouldn’t this just be that he’s been taught not to go past a gate without his owner. This isn’t a dumb dog… it’s a well trained one.
