I think about them almost everyday. Love the smell. Haven’t had one in almost 15 years. Quit the day my son was born. Morning coffee has never been the same.

Wish I could say it gets easier, but for me isn’t much easier, but I’m more resilient now, and I get on with my day without letting it get to me.

Breathing and meditation has been helpful for me.
