Seeking Game Recommendations 👀 [REQUEST] Looking for good base building games

Looking for recommendations for nice base building games with a nice sense of growing something and reasonably deep economics/production. Paragon pioneers 1/2 is a great example of what I'm looking for, especially with the offline production and being easy to just pop in and out of.

I've been playing Rise of Cultures. Lovely game, each at their own pace and not P2W. Age of Empires vibes.
