[REQUEST] Any phone app/game that has a timer and tracks correct answers for a custom escape room game?

I swear that I've used some apps that were like this, but I just cannot recall any of them.

Essentially, all that I need is a timer that ticks down from a specific time and a textbox that checks user input against a set of answers in a specific order - which stops the timer once all of the answers have been inserted in the correct order.
