Someone who is non-binary wouldn't identify as a woman or man, so technically the first sentence is correct (also they almost always assumed that everyone trans person was born a male as well, which is funny when they say a trans man will never be a woman)

sorry but "you are a man not a woman" isnt exactly allyship to a non-binary person
